我厂分厂L_D多辊冷轧机所用芯棒的外形尺寸为φ2-5mm×390mm和φ6-8mm×400mm,一般选用GCr15钢制造,经热处理后硬度要求达到HRc58~62°,全长弯曲度≯0.02mm,外经与中心线跳动允许偏差0.01mm。历来,L_D芯棒的热处理采用配重淬火法,但因L芯棒形状特殊,加之配重淬火时,工件因不断变换空间位置而有脱碳,氧化现象产生。同时,由于其他多种因素的影响,芯棒淬火后都有不同程度的弯曲变形,最大弯曲变形可达到10mm。弯曲
