采用中央工艺与机械制造科学研究所研制的铁素体新型ЗП882钢代替08Cr18Ni10Ti钢制造发电站蒸汽过热器管道系统的前景取决于它在含高氯介质中提高耐蚀性能和节约匮乏的镍量。用φ90毫米的坯料在科尼波利南方钢管厂的140自动轧管机组上轧制尺寸为88×9—10毫米的热轧状态的钢管作为生产尺寸为25×2和14×1.2毫米钢管的材料。因为是铁素体类钢,易生产脆性断裂。所以要根据热轧状态下的钢管在-80——+500℃范围内所做冲击弯曲试验结果(图1)来确定所研究的钢种在冷轧机上轧制时的最适宜的变形温度条件。
The prospect of using a new ferritic ЗП882 steel of the Central Processing and Mechanical Manufacturing Research Institute to replace a 08Cr18Ni10Ti steel to make a power station steam superheater piping system is dependent on its improved corrosion resistance and saving of deficient nickel in high chloride containing media. A hot rolled steel tube having a size of 88 × 9-10 mm was rolled on a φ 140 mm billet in a 140 automatic tube rolling mill at the Coni Polly South Steelworks as a production tube of 25 × 2 and 14 × 1.2 mm material. Because it is ferritic steel, easy to produce brittle fracture. Therefore, according to the hot-rolled steel tube in the -80 - +500 ℃ range of impact bending test results (Figure 1) to determine the study of steel in the cold rolling mill when the most appropriate deformation temperature conditions .
