硫酸法制金红石型二氧化钛过程中关键工艺的研究

金红石型二氧化钛是一种重要的白色颜料,其工业生产以硫酸法为主。水解、漂洗、煅烧等工序对二氧化钛颜料性能的影响最为显著。本文以工业钛液为原料,采用自生晶种常压水解法制备二氧化钛,系统研究了颜料级金红石型二氧化钛的制备工艺。本研究通过增加偏钛酸漂洗次数、采用新型还原剂为漂白剂等方法研究了偏钛酸漂洗除铁工艺。实验结果表明偏钛酸中有20ppm铁杂质无法通过漂洗除去。EDS分析结果表明,其中5-7ppm的铁杂质为未完全酸解的钛渣,约14ppm的铁杂质为水解过程中被偏钛酸包裹在团聚体内部的硫酸亚铁。选取对水解过
