  Multidrug resistance (MDR) is always an impediment to successful chemotherapy and considerable efforts have been devoted to reverse MDR including designing various functional drug delivery systems (DDS) [1].In this study,hybrid lipid-mesoporous silica nanoparticles (LTMSN) which aims to achieve controlled drug release,circumvent multidrug resistance and improve the overall biocompatibility of the carrier was specially designated for drug delivery (Fig.1).
