A bipartite begomovirus,named Corchorus golden mosaic virus (CoGMV) is responsible for great economic losses in jute (Corchorus capsularis,Tilliaceae) by producing endemic disease in different part of Bangladesh.Full length DNA-A and DNA-B of the virus infecting jute were cloned and sequenced.
