近年来面对市场和高炉炉役后期的双重压力,唐钢一号高炉不断探索总结,通过优化高炉操作制度,提出市场条件不好,吃经济炉料,虽然有悖高炉操作者的理想,但为了生存,高炉工作者要顾全大局,利用高炉生产理论和经验,勇于面对,采取合理的措施确保高炉稳定顺行。环境保护人人有责,高炉工作者也不能例外,再难的处境方法总比困难多,只要采取科学的方法,钢铁企业也能实现绿色友好型企业。降低冶炼强度,及时处理冷却壁漏水,加钦护炉能减缓炉缸砖衬的侵蚀,延长一代炉龄。优化确立高炉基本操作制度,并根据外围条件变化进行微调,是保证高炉稳定顺行的基础。

本文以首钢京唐两座5500m3高炉炉缸炉衬温度为研究对象,介绍了京唐高炉的炉缸结构和炉缸炉衬温度监测点的分布,选择炉底中心、炉缸象脚区、铁口区等代表性位置的温度测点,采集了开炉至今的温度实时数据,进行了温度趋势分析、传热计算、侵蚀趋势及1150℃等温线剖面计算模拟,为综合评价炉缸侵蚀状况提供一个简单的分析方法,为高炉长寿操作提供参考.
首钢京唐拥有两座5500m3高炉,在两座高炉设计和建设过程中,通过对高炉各部位耐材的合理选择、耐材结构优化,严格的施工质量控制,使相对薄弱的炉缸、铁口、风口带、炉腹等关键部位得以强化.笔者结合首钢京唐5500m3高炉建设及实际使用经验,从选材及结构改善方面,对京唐高炉所进行的优化予以阐述.
