Background:To evaluate the chronic hepatitis b(CHB) patients by nucleoside(acid),drugs(NAs) after discontinuation of treatment serum levels of IL-21 and its relationship with HBsAg and HBV DNA,working on the role of IL-21 in maintaining sustained response after coming off the drugs.Methods:The double antibody sandwich ELISA method for detection of 20 patients with CHB stopping the dynamic change of serum IL-21 in patients during the follow-up process,analyzing the correlation between HBsAg and HBV DNA and serum IL-21.
