Background:Hepatitis B virus core-related antigens(HBcrAg) are comprised of hepatitis B core antigen(HBcAg),hepatitis E antigen(HBeAg) and a 22 kDa precore protein(P22cr).HBcrAg concentrations were well correlated with HBV DNA and cccDNA level.Since a sensitive assay for HBcrAg and linearized Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) was developed,this study was aimed to investigate the significance of HBcrAg and linearized HBsAg in diagnosis of occult hepatitis B virus infection(OBI) in Chinese population.

基于全二维K562/CMC-HPLC-TOF/MS系统的青黛抗白血病活性成分研究
