  AIM A lot of microRNAs was reported regulate myocardial infarction in vivo.In this study, networks of microRNAs associated with myocardial infarction were built and investigated.METHODS RNAs isolated from the infarcted myocardium of and control myocardium of rats was processed with microRNA microarray analysis using PLDA plate, and then was processed bioinformation analysis including gene ontology and pathway analysis, microRNA-gene, microRNA-GO and microRNA-Pathway network analysis and Path-net analysis.RESULTS According to microRNA microarray analysis, we selected twelve microRNAs were upregulated in infarcted myocardium (P < 0.05), and another four microRNAs were markedly downregulated in infarcted myocardium (P < 0.05).Using bioinformation analysis, we built microRNA-gene-net, microRNA-GO-net and microRNA-pathway-net and Path-net.CONCLUSION MicroRNA networks was builted to analysis and study systematic regulation of miRNA during myocardial infarction.Acccording to these networks, we could increasingly investigate the targets of drugs in myocardial infarction.
