激光重熔等离子弧喷焊低温马氏体相变合金粉末组织与性能

  采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射物相分析、X射线残余应力测试、显微硬度和摩擦磨损等分析测试方法,研究了激光重熔对等离子喷焊低温马氏体相变合金粉末层的组织和性能的影响。结果 表明:经激光重熔后,与基体呈现冶金结合的等离子喷焊层表面未熔颗粒、孔洞等缺陷得到改善;喷焊重熔层的组织得到细化,硬度提高;激光重熔后,熔敷层的残余压缩应力降低,残余奥氏体数量增加;和喷焊层相比较,重熔后的耐磨性更好。
