Since deployed into use,Beidou navigation satellite system has gradually play its role in the field.However,there is still a long way to catch the advanced system like GPS in US or European Galileo.The industrialization of Beidou is the necessary way for further development.The foundation of the successful development of the industry is based on financing.And as a technical copyright,trademark in the course of enterprise development which is a sign of modern society.The use of trademark rights financing in the United States and other countries has become an important means of investment and financing of scientific and technological enterprises,but in China is still in the exploratory stage.This paper is based on the analysis of the current situation,and following the experience of United States,then propose some method to improve the Beidou trademark pledge.
