阿尔茨海默病和青光眼的临床关系

【摘要】

：

目的研究老年痴呆患者(AD)患者中开角型青光眼(POAG)的患病率.方法该组包括52 例符合诊断标准的AD 患者以及50 名年龄匹配的正常对照组.进行常规的眼科裂隙灯检查,眼底检查以及眼压检查.结果在14 例AD 患者(26.9％)发现POAG,这是一个显着(P ＜ 0.05)高于对照组患病率较高9/50(18％).
