Purpose To document the ultra-short-term intraocular pressure(IOP)fluctuation,defined as variation in IOP level over seconds or minutes,using a contact lens sensor during normal daily activities,and to demonstrate the relationship between ultra-short-term IOP fluctuation and disease progression in primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)eyes.
