单色光对激素受体在卵巢中表达的影响

畜禽的繁殖性能主要受下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPGA)的调控,HPGA的主要生殖激素及受体是影响畜禽繁殖力的重要因素,可以作为影响畜禽产卵数的重要候选基因.光照是影响禽类繁殖的重要环境因素,主要通过光照强度、颜色和周期三个方面来影响禽类活动,光照颜色由波长决定,不同波长的光对视网膜有不同的刺激作用,能够导致行为的改变,最终影响禽类的生长、发育和繁殖.I Rozenboim et al(2004)研究发现,绿光促进鸡的早期生长.D.Er et al(2007)研究发现,在绿光下蛋品质最好,红光下蛋重最小.JK Min et al(2012)研究表明,红光下母鸡性成熟最早,产蛋量和蛋壳强度增加最大.然而在鸡上关于激素受体在卵巢中蛋白表达的影响却鲜有研究.本研究目的为探索单色光对黄体生成素受体、催乳素受体和卵泡刺激素受体在卵巢中蛋白表达的影响.不同单色光刺激下,黄体生成素受体、催乳素受体和卵泡刺激素受体在卵巢中蛋白表达的均受到影响,单色光可能对鸡的繁殖性能造成一定的影响。

本试验选取体重相近的11周龄蛋鸡公鸡共28只,随机分成对照组(未进行去势手术,14只)、半阉组(摘除1个睾丸,6只)及全阉组(摘除2个睾丸,8只)三组.试验期为6周.在每周同一时间进行行为学视频拍摄和分析,并测定生长形状指标.结果显示:行为学表现方面,去势对公鸡的攻击、啄物、啄羽等行为学表现等无显著影响(P>0.05),但公鸡一般行为(饮水、采食、伸脚)发生频次有显著变化.生长性能方面,去势对鸡冠
