甲基苯丙胺对记忆重现能力的影响

  目的 探讨急/慢性给予甲基苯丙胺(MA)对短期/长期记忆重现能力的影响.方法 小鼠在Y迷宫中从非安全区一次性跑到安全区判为正确,连续10次电击中有9次正确为学会标准.以连续30次电击可达学会标准为准准入条件,将合格动物随机分为对照组和药物组.每天20:00给药,急性给药实验药物组腹腔注射MA 1.0,10.0和20.0 mg· kg-1,对照组给予等体积生理盐水,单次注射;慢性给药实验药物组腹腔注射MA 1.0,5.0和15.0 mg·kg-1,对照组给予等体积生理盐水,连续20 d.于末次给药后的第1,5和10天8:00,通过Y迷宫检测记忆重现能力,以固定电击次数的错误率为评价指标.结果 急性给予MA的小鼠,与生理盐水组比较,给药后第1天,Y迷宫错误率无显著性差异;第5天,1.0 mg·kg-1组和10.0 mg· kg-1组错误率显著增加(P<0.05);第10天,20.0 mg· kg-1组错误率显著增加(P<0.05).慢性给予MA的小鼠,与生理盐水组比较,给药后第1天,Y迷宫错误率无显著性差异;第5、10天,15.0 mg· kg-1组错误率显著增加(P<0.01).此外,药物组动物在行为学实验程中的一般状态,运动速度与里程数与生理盐水组无显著性差异.结论 急性/慢性给予MA对短期记忆重现能力无明显影响,但导致长期记忆重现能力下降.
