  稻曲病已发展成为我国水稻的三大病害之一,其不仅引起水稻产量损失,稻曲病菌还产生毒素污染谷物,对我国粮食安全及食品安全造成严重威胁。随着稻曲病菌人工接种技术的改善,世界范围内对稻曲病菌的侵染机制进行了大量研究,极大地提高了对稻曲病菌侵染的认识。
