目的 闭合复位克氏针外固定因其疗效确切且方便拔除等优点，临床广泛应用于Gartland Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折的治疗。但克氏针外露容易造成针道感染，所以针道护理显得尤为重要。
目的 老龄股骨转子间骨折保守治疗并发症较多，临床上多采取仰卧单腿截石位微创手术治疗，便于患者早期康复及功能锻炼。单腿截石位时健肢髋膝部往往需极度外展以免影响术中透视，但术中常出现健侧骨折、肌肉牵拉伤、会阴部不适等并发症。
目的 探讨术中手部按摩治疗对局麻下行椎体后凸成形术中患者焦虑、疼痛及治疗满意度的影响。方法 随机将110例行腰椎后凸成形术的患者分为两组，对照组常规护理，按摩组在此基础上术中由中医专科护士进行手按摩疗法。手部按摩疗法操作步骤在查阅大量书籍、相关文献的基础上制定而成。
