目的 闭合复位克氏针外固定因其疗效确切且方便拔除等优点，临床广泛应用于Gartland Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折的治疗。但克氏针外露容易造成针道感染，所以针道护理显得尤为重要。
