飼糧中添加雲芝菌固態發酵高粱酒糟對白肉雞生長性能、腸道發育及營養分消化率之影響

本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加云芝菌固态发酵之高粱酒糟(solid fermentation of sorghum distillery residue with Coriolus versicolor,FSDR)对白肉鸡生长性能、肠道发育及营养分消化率之影响.选取200只14日龄且体重相近之白肉鸡,逢机分成5组,喂饲含0%、3%、6%、9%及12%FSDR之饲粮,每组4重复,每重复10只,公母各半,以平地饲养,饲料与水任食,试验为期23天.另选取90只体重相近之白肉鸡,进行消化试验.结果显示,添加FSDR各处理组有显着地较对照组为高之采食量、体增重及试验结束之活体重,饲料转换率则随着FSDR添加量之提高有明显地变差;整段小肠相对重量以添加3%及6%FSDR处理组显着地较对照组为轻;各部位肠道相对长度各组间均差异不显着;十二指肠绒毛发育以添加9%FSDR组较佳;添加12%FSDR组之回肠腺窝深度最深;盲肠绒毛宽度及腺窝深度以对照组最宽及深,绒毛高度/腺窝深度之比,以9%FSDR组最大;添加6至9%FSDR有提高鸡只蛋白质之消化率,其他营养成分各组间均无明显差异.综上所述,添加FSDR有改善肉鸡饲料采食量及体增重,较佳之蛋白质利用率,对肠道发育无不良之影响.
