Researchers have found that LMX can bring many benefits to the organization, such as affective commitment, normative commitment, pay satisfaction, procedural justice, distributional justice and so on.Same results are almost found in Chinese context.Thus we may come up with a question: what factors on earth can bring LMX of high quality?
