实时超声弹性成像技术是利用组织在外力作用下产生的形变大小对组织软硬度的评估,该技术已逐步应用于浅表淋巴结良恶性的鉴别.目的 探讨经支气管镜实时超声弹性成像在判断肺门纵膈淋巴结良恶性的诊断价值.
