目的：间充质干细胞(MSC)具有很强的免疫调节作用，在肾移植、骨髓移植等免疫排斥反应治疗中已取得较好的效果，但在治疗肝移植术后急性排斥反应中的作用及其机制尚未见报道。本研究观察脐带来源的MSC(UC-MSC)治疗肝移植患者术后急性排斥反应的作用及其可能的机制。
