Objective To investigate the percutaneous nephrolithotomy ( PCNL ) of the complication and its treatment method.Methods retrospective analysis of clinical data of 137 patients with PCNL,statistical analysis of complications.Results in 137 cases of PCNL,83 were male,54 female; 103 cases of kidney stones,ureteral calculi in 34 cases,including 24 cases of ureteral calculi with renal calculi.All were cured,no 1 patients died; complications occurred in 9 cases,in which the puncture failure in 1 cases,renal hemorrhage in 5 cases,postoperative arteriovenous fistula in 1 cases,infection in 2 cases.Conclusion PCNL is minimally invasive,effective,but still had more serious complications,we should strengthen the prevention and cure measures.
