Objective Assessment of the clinic curative effect and the current status of the traditional open-operated surgery for the renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection. Methods During January 1980～March 2012,Sixty patients were diagnosed serious chyluria and conducted open-operated surgery for the renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection.
