《血站技术操作规程(2012版)》第三部分血液成分制备中明确指出:制备记录应可追溯到起始血液、制备人员、制备方法、制备环境、使用设备和物料(3.9.2)。制备记录宜以电子记录为主,以手工纸面记录为补充(3.9.3)。传统的手工血液成分制备因其人工操作不准确,记录不及时、完整、有效、准确,多人完成成批血液制备追溯性差,已经逐渐被自动化成分制备设备及计算机信息管理系统所替代,自动化血液成分制备设备以及计算机信息管理系统在血液成分制备过程中的应用和推广,有效的提高了血液制备质量,降低了输血风险,必将是加强血站质量管理的有效手段,也是缩短与国外成分血制备差距的必然趋势。
