　　鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)，是传染性法氏囊病毒引起的一种高度传染性疾病.目前仍然是养鸡业的主要传染病之一.VP2是鸡法氏囊病毒的主要结构蛋白，能够诱导动物产生中和抗体抵抗病毒自身.因此开发和生产疫病VP2抗原蛋白，为研制安全、高效、节省机体免疫力的新型结构疫苗奠定基础，对鸡养殖业疫病防治具有重要意义.
