Quantum Dots (QDs) are known as a series of novel fluorescent nano-materials with very high fluorescence quantum yield and fluorescent stability.Meanwhile they can easily combine with biological molecules (Michalet et al., 2005; Dubertret et al., 2002; Ativisatos, 2004).Among all QDs, soluble QDs with high-level fluorescence have been regarded as an ideal substitute of fluorochrome and showing promising prospect as bioprobe and targeted drug delivery carrier (Xu et al., 2006) in both biological and medical areas (He et al., 2006; 2008; 2011; Hu et al., 2010).
