基于建筑分类能耗评价模型的校园建筑能耗对比分析

建筑能耗的分类分项计量与建筑能耗监测平台的建设为评价建筑实际运行能耗情况提供了科学的平台,本文以节约型校园能耗监测系统建设为背景,针对校园建筑分类能耗分析进行了探讨.首先建立了包括建筑总能耗类指标、建筑水耗指标、建筑电耗类指标、建筑集中供热(冷)能耗指标的建筑分类能耗评价模型;其次以两栋建有能耗监测系统的校园为案例进行了建筑分类能耗分析,对比分析结果表明两个校园年单位面积耗电量平均值分别约为36.6kWh/m2·a和31.4kWh/m2·a,校园各类型建筑整体能耗水平差异很大,校园建筑单位面积能耗最小的为教学建筑,为10.8kWh/m2,单位面积能耗最大的为食堂餐厅,为148.1kWh/m2.
