变异性压力支持通气(Noisy PSV)在AECOPD中短期应用的观察

中频脉冲电辅助治疗2型呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

目的 常规治疗加每天两次中频脉冲电辅助治疗2型呼吸衰竭的患者，与常规治疗的患者进行血气分析结果与平均住院日的对比，统计分析疗效方法 将呼吸RICU2型呼吸衰竭病人随机分为两组，治疗组在常规护理基础上进行中频脉冲电疗法，每日2次，每次30min；观察其临床疗效.两组病人通过症状及血气分析、肺功能监测比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).

重症肺炎患者PCT,WBC,CRP水平与预后的相关分析
