  This study was carried out to optimize the conditions for the extraction of antioxidative materials from turmeric and licorice.Turmeric and licorice are well-known as oriental medicine plant for food and part of medicine.In particular,turmeric used as spice due to its unique flavor and curcumin substance.Licorice also used as dietary supplements in East Asia.
