煤层气饱和水凝析过程与收集工艺研究

煤层气田井口产气含有饱和水蒸气,气体中的饱和水蒸汽含量是压力和温度的函数.煤层气在集输管道中流动时,其温度和压力均不断发生变化,造成饱和水的析出.通过分子动理论、碰撞理论、气液平衡理论以及热力学第三定律的研究分析,得出煤层气中饱和水含量随温度增加而增加,随压力增加而降低的结论.对常见的煤层气饱和水含量计算的公式进行分析对比,比选了适用于煤层气生产特点的计算公式.对煤层气在管道中流动时的压力变化与温度变化进行研究,优选相应的计算公式对延1井组10#平台的集气管道进行模拟计算.将模拟值与现场反馈实测情况进行误差的比较和分析.

以集输管线总长度最小为目标函数建立优化模型,优化了延川南煤层气田集气站数量;同时通过管道压力及管径对工程投资的影响优选布站方式,并比较了不同布站方式下地面工程投资运行费用.对站内增压工艺进行研究,确定了集气站压缩机压缩级数及压比,并以工程工资最小为目标,为气田的增压工艺流程选择了工程投资较低的增压压力参数及集输干线管径.
