In vivo optical imaging is emerging as an important technique in medical imaging, and the development of safe and effective fluorescence-based probes has attracted many attentions.Mesoporous silica nanoparticals (MSNs) and dendrimers have showed promising platform as imaging probes. In this study, we report the fabrication and application of mesoporous silica-peptide dendrimers nanohybrid based nanoprobe that can facilitate near-infrared (NIR) optical imaging.
