  At present,the area of vegetable protected cultivation is enlarging year by year,in some areas the problems of diseases and soil secondary salinization become more and more serious,which has already led to yield and quality of vegetable decrease.The objective of this paper was to investigate the effect of glycine (Gly),glutamate (Glu) used as partial (20%) replacing NO3--N in nutrient solution and combination molybdenum (Mo) on yield and quality of nonheading lettuce and to find a effective way to increasing yield and ameliorating the quality.
