研究背景:Toll样受体(TLR)的活化是一把双刃剑,过度的活化则导致损伤性的炎症反应和继发的自身免疫病,因此TLR的信号传导必须受到严格的调控.小G蛋白(如Ras、Rap)是一种分子量较小的可以结合GTP/GDP并水解GTP的重要蛋白质家族,其与TLR信号传导的关系目前研究极少,尤其是小G蛋白分子的调控分子与TLR以及天然免疫的关系目前尚未见相关报导.目的:探讨Ras鸟苷酸释放蛋白(Ras guanine nucleotide-releasing protein,RasGRP)对于TLR信号传导的调控作用及其分子机制.
