The continuous cropping obstacle of Panax notoginseng arisen from serious root rot diseases leads to replant with an interval between 10～20 years.In this study, 27 rhizosphere soil samples of P.notoginseng were collected from 3 farms in Wenshan, including virgin soils, soils before notoginseng cultivation (0 year);1, 2, 3 years after notoginseng cultivation with healthy or sick situation respectively;and 1 year after crop rotation.
