  蛋白质糖基化是一种重要的蛋白质翻译后修饰方式。糖基化异常与许多疾病密切相关,因此研究蛋白质糖基化具有重要意义。生物样品中糖蛋白丰度低,因此对糖蛋白进行分离富集非常重要。凝集素亲和法是目前应用最广泛的糖蛋白/糖肽分离富集方法。
