Aim: To identify the key genes related to hypoxic preconditioning by gene-chip and gene network analysis.Methods: The acute and repetitive hypoxic model in mice and microarray analysis are used to identify the differentially expressed genes that are likely to be critical for hypoxic preconditioning.Multiple bioinformatic analysis was conducted to identify the key hub genes, pathways and biological processes.
