  This paper concerns studies related to the change of water resources and regime of Mongolia and its changes due to climate change, adaptation issues.Recent days, water related problems becomes extremely actual due to climate change impacts, rapid growth of water demand.Today every where and every one recognizes that water scarcity becomes main limiting factor for any social and economical sustainable development.Mongolian herders are considered as most vulnerable communities to climate change and its impacts and urgently requires to develope and implement very effective and appropriate adaptation issues for them.
