在机务维护检查中,发现某型飞机的多架飞机的机身长桁接头存在特征基本相同的裂纹。为了确定裂纹的性质和原因,对其中一架飞机的一个典型裂纹接头进行失效分析,包括外观检查,断口宏观、微观分析,能谱仪成分分析,确定接头裂纹性质为应力腐蚀裂纹,是在结构应力和大气环境介质长期共同作用下产生的。建议在大修时对这些常见裂纹部位的长桁接头进行换新,并进行有效的防腐密封处理,以避免该类故障的重复发生。
