某型飞机地面试车时发动机出现异常,经分解检查发现中心油滤处存在大量的金属屑,并且油泵内斜盘轴承组件损伤严重。通过外观检查、断口宏微观观察、金相检验、硬度检测和金属屑的能谱分析等试验,以确定轴承的失效性质及失效原因。结果表明,轴承失效性质为接触疲劳剥落;斜盘轴承的失效与轴承套圈和滚珠的材质无关,应为偶然因素造成轴承发生接触疲劳剥落失效。
Engine abnormality occurred on the ground test of a certain type of aircraft. After the decomposing inspection, a large amount of metal shavings were found in the central oil filter, and the damage to the oil pump swashplate bearing assembly was serious. Through the appearance inspection, macro and micro observation of fracture, metallographic examination, hardness testing and energy spectrum analysis of metal shavings, etc., to determine the nature of the failure of the bearing and failure causes. The results show that the failure of the bearing is contact fatigue spalling. The failure of the swash plate bearing has nothing to do with the material of the bearing ring and the ball, and the contact fatigue failure should be caused by the accidental factor.
