研究了Al,Ti,W,Mo,Cr合金元素含量分别在偏上限、中线、下限时K487合金的组织和性能。结果表明,合金元素含量在偏下限时,合金中析出少量的碳化物和γ′相,当提高到偏中线,碳化物和γ′相析出量增加,而提高到偏上限,碳化物和γ′相析出量进一步增加,同时析出大量针状μ相。随着合金元素含量的增加,合金的室温抗拉强度及屈服强度、750℃高温时抗拉强度及屈服强度提高;室温及高温伸长率下降,并且在合金元素含量偏上限时下降明显。综合来看,合金元素含量在偏中线时,K487合金具有较好的综合性能。
The microstructure and properties of K487 alloy with Al, Ti, W, Mo and Cr alloying elements in the upper, middle and lower limits were studied. The results show that when the content of alloying elements is in the lower limit, a small amount of carbides and γ ’phases are precipitated in the alloy. When the temperature rises to the centerline, the precipitation of carbides and γ’ phases increases and increases to the upper limit. The carbides and γ ’ Phase precipitation further increased, while precipitating a large number of needle-like μ phase. With the increase of alloying elements, the room temperature tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase, while the tensile strength and yield strength increase at high temperature of 750 ℃. The elongation at room temperature and high temperature decreases, and decreases obviously when the content of alloying elements is in the upper limit. Taken together, the alloy element content in the partial center line, K487 alloy has good overall performance.
