目的分析采血后非真空管留样、采血后真空管留样和采血前真空留样3种采血模式的优劣,探讨最佳采血模式,期望改进现有采血模式。方法对国内外现有采血模式、标本留取方式进行比较,分析这3种采血模式对血液、标本质量的影响以及职业暴露的危险程度。结果这3种采血模式可以直接影响标本与血液的质量。结论3种采血模式比较起来,采血前真空留样模式更为科学、合理,是采血标本留取的发展方向,尤其随着国家卫生部将核酸检测提上日程,为了保证核酸检测的准确性,采血标本留取也必须进行模式的转换,才能符合《血站实验室质量管理规范》的要求,保证血液标本的质量,使血液安全得到有效地保障。
Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of three blood sampling modes, such as non-vacuum tube retention after blood collection, vacuum tube retention after blood collection and vacuum retention before blood sampling, to explore the best blood collection mode and to improve the existing blood sampling mode. Methods The current blood sampling patterns at home and abroad were compared with those of specimens taken from other countries. The effects of these three blood sampling patterns on the blood and specimen quality and the risk of occupational exposure were analyzed. Results The three blood sampling patterns can directly affect the quality of specimens and blood. Conclusion Compared with the three blood sampling patterns, the pattern of vacuum retention before blood sampling is more scientific and reasonable, which is the development direction of blood sampling. Especially with the national Ministry of Health putting the detection of nucleic acid on the agenda, in order to ensure the accuracy of nucleic acid detection, Collecting blood samples must also be mode conversion in order to meet the “Blood Station Laboratory Quality Management” requirements, to ensure the quality of blood specimens, so that blood safety is effectively protected.
