Background To evaluate safety and mid-term clinical efficacy of endovascular interventional therapy for complex lower extremity obstructive disease (TASC-Ⅱ C,D).Methods In a single-center retrospective study,the clinical data of 114 cases with TASC-Ⅱ type C/D lower extremity obstructive disease and clinical stage of Fontaine ≥Ⅱb underwent endovascular interventional therapy from Dec.2011 to Jan.2013 were collected.Telephone or clinic interview of these patients were conducted in Aug.2013 to investigateclinical outcomes.
