Background Endovascular stent (thoracic endovascular repair,TEVAR) has been first choice of treatment in some patients with Stanford B aortic dissection.But the related factors of impact of long-term prognosis after surgery still unknown.Methods A total of 288 patients with Stanford B aortic dissection undergoing endovascular stent (TEVAR) were selected from January 2008 to September 2012.All patients were followed for 2 years.The association of 2-year mortality with the clinical risk factors were analysis based on the method of partial least squares regression (partial least-squares regression,PLS) by SIMCA-P software.
