氯硅烷中有机碳含量检测方法研究

通过改进操作步骤,控制检测环境温度,在加入样品或标液之前和之后将进样瓶冷却3min以上,降低样品温度,甲基二氯硅烷与内标物1,2-二氯乙烷的相对灵敏系数相对标准偏差为3.56%,提高了相对校正因子精度,减少了测量误差。在测定样品时甲基二氯硅烷含量0.7ug/g-9700ug/g范围时,结果的相对标准偏差为1.59%~5.81%,采用本文所述方法,分析结果稳定,重复性高。此方法还适用于氯硅烷中其他甲基氯硅烷含量的测定。通过准确测定氯硅烷中甲基二氯硅烷含量,指导工艺生产,使得硅料能达到一个很高的品质,为下游企业提供高纯度的硅料。
