Objective Downregulating the expression of VEGF expression with low-frequency ultrasound and microbubbles, explore the synergy effect of low-frequency ultrasound and immune cells phenotype in anti-tumor function of PCa microenvironment, thus providing a potential new method for PCa therapy.Methods To study the influence of ultrasound and microbubbles on VEGF expression in murine PCa cells RM-1, the impact of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, irradiation time and micro-bubble/cell suspension volume ratio were investigated according to orthogonal design.The injured RM-1 cells were observed by Typan blue staining immediately, and western blot was adopted to detect the expression of VEGF after another 24 hours cultivation.
