蓖麻蚕微孢子虫α-与β-微管蛋白基因部分片段的克隆及分析

微孢子虫作为一种专营细胞内寄生的真核生物,具有广泛的寄主域,包括脊椎动物和无脊椎动物,几乎所有的昆虫都可能被微孢子虫侵染.蓖麻蚕微孢子虫寄生于蓖麻蚕,是蓖麻蚕原虫动物病的主要病原体.在之前的研究中发现,蓖麻蚕微孢子虫隶属于Nosema属,与家蚕微孢子虫有着较近的亲缘关系.为进一步丰富蓖麻蚕微孢子虫的分子生物学信息,本文克隆了蓖麻蚕微孢子虫的α-和β-微管蛋白部分基因.序列分析表明,蓖麻蚕微孢子虫与真正的Nosema属("true"Nosema)其它物种之间有着很高的基因相似性(≥96%).同时,基于α-、β-以及α-和β-微管蛋白序列的系统进化树的结果也表明,蓖麻蚕微孢子虫与家蚕微孢子虫聚类在同一分支,是真正的Nosema属成员.此外,通过数据分析认为通过对微孢子虫α-和β-微管蛋白基因的分析,可以为区分真正的Nosema属与Nosema/Vairimorpha属成员提供一定的依据.
