Introduction : The aim of this study was to reveal the association between arterial stiffness and image characteristics of coronary atherosclerosis on the EKG-gated CT angiography.Method :We included 470 consecutive patients who underwent both coronary CT angiography and brachial-arkde pulse wave velocity baPWV) measurement.We analyzed plaque composition and degree of stenosis on the CT images and estimated plaque burden of coronary atherosclerosis using segment stenosis score (SSS; range, 0-64) and segment involvement score (SIS; range, 0-16).
