Introduction : To investigate the influence of being implanted induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSc) on the left ventricular(LV) functional change of myocardial infarction (MI) swine model by using dual source CT-coronary angiography (DSCT-CA)Method : Eighteen swine were randomly equally divided into control group, MI group and iPSc group.The LV systolic function and movement of three groups were assessed with dual source CT in the 1st and the 6th week after operation respectively, including the LV end——systolic volume (LVESV), LV end—diastolic volume (LVEDV) and LV ejection fraction (LVEF).
