柑橘分子遗传连锁图谱的构建与比较

遗传连锁图谱是遗传育种工作的重要技术平台,是进行重要性状基因定位克隆及基因组学研究的基础和依据.果树是多年生植物,对其功能基因的定位、筛选和克隆等研究的方法十分有限,而遗传图谱作为研究控制作物重要性状基因的有效途径之一,在果树上则更具有实际的应用价值.本研究中利用建立的EST-SSR,SCoT等新型分子标记技术构建柑橘高密度遗传图谱,以期为柑橘的遗传育种研究提供必要辅助.
